Then you forward missed calls, after-hours calls, or everything. Keep your number. She books into your calendar from day one.

Every week, a person listens
Jesus reads the transcripts and listens to the recordings. Anything wrong is fixed the same week. You get the summary by email.

What we do not promise.
Andii is software reviewed by a person. We would rather say this here than on a sales call.
- No booking accuracy guarantees
- She checks the live calendar before offering a time and again before booking. She can still mishear a name. The weekly review catches it.
- No unlimited minutes
- Every plan has a minute allowance and a per-minute price past it, stated up front. No surprise bills.
- No 24/7 live human handoff
- When a caller asks for a person she takes an urgent callback and texts you. She does not transfer to a live agent at 3am.
- No HIPAA
- Not for medical or dental offices yet. We will say so when that changes.
Always
- She says she is an AI, and that the call is recorded, in her first sentence.
- Texts go out only with consent, carry an opt-out, and STOP is honoured.
- Say “person” on any call and a human calls you back.
Privacy and terms
Recorded, reviewed, deleted on schedule.
Privacy
- Calls are recorded and transcribed so a person can review them; the caller hears that first.
- Recordings and transcripts are kept for a limited time (90 days by default), then deleted.
- We never sell personal information and never use conversations to advertise.
Terms
- Andii is software reviewed by a person. She can make mistakes; the business stays responsible for its prices and schedule.
- Cancel any time. Your calendar, your clients and your number stay yours.
- Texting runs under the consent rules above; businesses must honour opt-outs.
