Terms of Service

The service

Andii answers phone calls, Instagram messages, and web bookings for subscribing businesses (“studios”), books appointments into their calendar, sends reminders, and keeps their client records. Responses are generated by AI: they are designed to be accurate and to disclose that a caller is talking to an AI assistant, but AI can make mistakes — studios remain responsible for their schedules, prices, and client communications.

Accounts

Studio accounts are created by invitation. You’re responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials private. Connect only accounts (Instagram, Google Calendar, Stripe) that you are authorized to connect.

Bookings, deposits, and payments

Appointments booked through Andii are agreements between the client and the studio — we are not a party to them. Deposits are collected by Stripe into the studio’s own account; the studio is the merchant of record and sets its own cancellation and refund policies.

Messaging consent

Studios must only enable reminder and marketing texts for clients who have consented, and must honor opt-outs. Andii enforces STOP handling automatically, but the studio is responsible for the lawfulness of its campaigns.

Acceptable use

Don’t use Andii to break the law, to send spam, to impersonate others, or to attempt to access other studios’ data. We may suspend accounts that put the platform or other customers at risk.

Disclaimers & liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the studio paid us in the three months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for missed appointments, calls, or messages caused by outages of third-party providers.

Termination

Studios may cancel anytime; their calendar and client data remain theirs and can be exported on request. We may terminate for breach of these terms with notice.
